Children's Summer Program in Katy Texas to Feature Ferrets
Children's Summer Program in Katy Texas to Feature Ferrets - The Katy Branch Library will have a Ferret Fun day on July 19, 2011 from 2 PM till 4 PM. As part of their summer learning program, children will be allowed to see up close several Ferrets. These animals supposedly make great pets ( I prefer dogs myself) and kids will learn all about having a ferret as a pet.All attendees need a ticket and are available one day prior to the event. I advise going to the library early before the program and find to the information desk to ask about the tickets. These programs from what I have heard are usually packed with attendees. The library is located at 5414 Franz road in Katy, Texas and is part of the Harris County Library system. The phone number to call is 281-391-3509 for more information or check their web site.I endorse all of these summer programs to get children out of the house and away from the television and video games. My youngest step-son fortunately works as a life guard at a local pool so we do not have those worries for him.
