The Grand Lakes Community Center Annual Meeting of Members will be held on December 9, 2010 at Beckendorf Jr. High School in the cafeteria at 7:00 PM. Beckendorf Jr. High School is located at 8200 S. Fry Road Katy, TX. 77494 and phone is 281-237-8800 for directions only. The business to be covered will include reports on all community activities and the elections of one Director to fill a three year term. This Board seat was formerly held by Terry Bradford. Two individuals have successfully applied to fill this seat being Stephen Lucas and Glenn Gesoff.
If anyone else would like to be considered contact Planned Community Management by mail or by phone at 281-870-0585. Nominations will be accepted from the floor at the meeting.
Anyone not able to attend this meeting can vote via proxy but the vote has to be received no later than December 6, 2010 by Planned Community Management using this address: Grand Lakes Community Association, Inc; C/O Planned Community Management inc. ; PO Box 219223; Houston, TX 77218. Proxy statements are also encouraged to be completed so that the meeting can reach a quorum of 15 % of the membership. A proxy vote can also be sent with another member who is attending the meeting.
