KATY - NEED SOMETHING TO DO THIS WEEKEND?
I normally do not blog about events that are not around or close to the Katy and surrounding area. This time I am as this weekend only at Reliant Center the 24 th annual Texas Home & Garden Market will be held. If you want to improve your existing home or buy a brand new home then this is the place to go to and enjoy the events and learn new things. The hours are: Friday February 12, 2010 2:00 PM until 8:00 PM; Saturday 10:00 AM - 8 :00 PM and Sunday 11:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Tickets prices are $9.50 for general admission with a Senior discount reducing the price to 7.50. Discount coupons worth $1.00 off are available at all Randall's stores in the area.
The attractions include: Vacation, leisure and outdoor show; Cooking with Clive Berkman; Green energy products; A Go Texan pavilion; Home decorations; Kitchens, baths & related; Outdoor living ideas , pools, spa's etc.; Home Remodelers and many New Home Builders will be present; numerous workshops and exhibits where you can learn from the pro's.
There will be alot to see and learn at this show. So if you are bored this weekend without NFL football and ML baseball and only the NBA All Star Game to watch plus all those college hoops games consider going to this event. If you like homes like I do I think you will have a good time!!!
