Cinco Ranch has Strong Sales Figures for March!
The Master Planned Community of Cinco Ranch in Katy Texas had strong March 2009 new and resale home sales statistics. Cinco Ranch seems to be bucking both local and National trends by showing strong increases vs. 2008.
The statistics are as follows:
March 2008 stats
avg. Home size: 2841 sqft
avg. adjusted sales price: $269,018
avg. price per square foot: $94.69
List to sales price 96%
March 2009 stats
avg. Home size: 3143 sqft
avg. adjusted sales price: $302891
avg. price per square foot: $96.37
list to sales price 95%
All this while having the total number of March sales reported by the Houston Association of Realtors increase by nearly 7%.
With 3 more state of the art area hospitals under construction, an award winning school district, and the ever expanding Houston Energy Corridor just a couple of exits east...we see no reason to think this upward trend will reverse anytime soon!
